This Committee is responsible for general information announcements, development and management of the VPHOA website, and collaboration with the VPHOA property management company on email blasts that support the mission, values, and goals of the VPHOA, and presenting all communications proposals and issues for review and consideration by the Board of Directors.
The Finance Committee reviews major contract proposals, assists with budget development, Reserve Fund management, and review of annual audit reports.
The ARC reviews and approves residents'; applications for changes to the exterior of their homes or major changes to the landscapes. The online application process involves timely feedback from the committee to facilitate planning for exterior home improvement projects.
The Transition Committee shepherds the process of turning over the homeowner’s association from developer control to homeowner control, including review and resolution of all association governing documents, contracts, financial records, deeds, and plats.
